This is clearly an AI infrastructure tool with concrete, documented behavior. The PyPI page shows what it does, how to install it, how to wire it into LiteLLM, what verdicts it returns, and how it handles session tracking and fail-open/fail-closed behavior. That is enough evidence for a useful public listing.
The page does not show a worked end-to-end example of a real policy decision or the internals of the Conduct rule engine. It also does not make clear how much is handled by this package versus the broader Conduct service.
