1. Agreement

By browsing AgentDish, submitting a URL, or using any AgentDish feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a product.

2. What AgentDish does

AgentDish is an AI tool directory. The site crawls public pages, reviews visible information, scores submitted products, and may publish directory listings for AI tools, agents, APIs, repos, dashboards, and projects that appear useful and sufficiently described.

AgentDish uses automated systems, including OpenAI-powered evaluation, and may also use human review or admin decisions.

3. Submissions

When you submit a URL, you confirm that the page is publicly accessible and that your submission does not violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or confidentiality obligations.

You give AgentDish permission to crawl, analyze, summarize, categorize, score, excerpt, and display information from the submitted public page and related public metadata.

4. Acceptance, not listing, and removal

AgentDish may accept, decline to list, remove, edit, re-score, or re-categorize any submission or listing at any time, with or without notice. AgentDish is not required to publish any submission or explain any decision.

A not-listed submission is only an AgentDish directory decision. It is not a statement that a company, product, founder, or user did anything wrong, and it is not a claim that a product is unsafe, unlawful, or low quality.

AgentDish may display limited not-listed submission information, such as the submitted name or URL and a short reason, for transparency, duplicate prevention, spam control, and auditability.

5. Scores and listings

Scores, summaries, categories, tags, trends, and listing text are informational directory content. They may be generated or assisted by AI and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

A listing, score, ranking, not-listed decision, or trend is not an endorsement, certification, partnership, investment recommendation, legal opinion, security review, or guarantee of product quality.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you submit and for your use of AgentDish. Do not submit spam, malware, private dashboards, misleading content, illegal material, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

If you rely on a listing or score, you do so at your own risk. Review the product directly before buying, integrating, investing in, or recommending it.

7. Corrections and disputes

If you believe a listing, not-listed decision, summary, or score is inaccurate or should be removed, contact AgentDish at [email protected]. AgentDish may review the request but is not obligated to change or remove content unless required by law.

8. Availability and changes

AgentDish is provided as available. The site may change, pause, or stop features at any time. AgentDish may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.

9. Disclaimers and limits

AgentDish provides the site without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AgentDish is not liable for losses related to submissions, not-listed submissions, listings, scores, ranking changes, crawling, unavailable pages, AI output, or use of third-party products found through the directory.
