Why it was accepted

The page clearly describes a real developer product for AI-agent billing and MCP tooling, with visible repo structure, product vision, beta status, request flow, and security model. It gives enough evidence to understand what the system does, how it is intended to work, and what is currently implemented versus still missing.

Weakness

This is still test-credits only: no real funds, payouts, deposits, or regulated payment features are implemented. The snapshot also says public SDK packages are unpublished, so visitors cannot yet see a production install path or ready-to-use integrations.
