Parley is coordination infrastructure for autonomous coding agents. It lets agents hand off work asynchronously, records each relay in an append-only flight recorder, supports escalation, soft file-locking, and works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, Antigravity, and any MCP client.

Heddle is a GitHub repository for a git-native coordination layer for coding agents, using intent leases, isolated worktrees, and gated landings to avoid agents overwriting each other.

A proof-of-concept for coordinating multiple Claude Code chats through a shared append-only file, with an orchestrator/worker setup and task flow examples in the README.
